Chef Breanne has come up with something sweet for summer. It's a saffron pavlova filled with house-made charred corn gelato and topped with sliced blueberries and fresh Covey Rise Farm peaches. She says it tastes like Corn Pops.
Want to try one on us? Come for dinner this week and whisper to your server the secret words "piccolo ballerino" (or tiny dancer), and we'll hook you up. Pavlova was named after a prima ballerina, after all.
