The wait is over. Girlboss Radio is BACK

We're baaaack.

After a much-needed hiatus, I couldn’t be more excited to announce that a fresh episode of the new and improved Girlboss Radio will be coming at you once a week, every Wednesday, starting today!

And to kick off this new season, I wanted to return with a guest who really exemplifies what we mean when we say “girlboss.”

Because for me, “girlboss” isn’t just about climbing the proverbial corporate ladder or sitting in the c-suite. It’s about using your spirit, your passion, your power, your voice to make shit happen—to shake things up and follow your own truth.

And I can’t think of anyone who uses their voice more powerfully than Roxane Gay. The New York Times best-selling author is celebrated for her honesty, empathy, and ability to masterfully articulate the cultural zeitgeist, thoughtfully bringing to the forefront conversations about race, pop culture, gender, and more.

Her words are a catalyst. She's inspiring women to have important and necessary conversations about the change we all have a responsibility to create in this world—especially in the face of the hate and violence we have seen recently in Charlottesville, as well as in the rhetoric that has followed.

Roxane left me inspired, motivated, and questioning so much of the world around me. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
