START IN THE MORNING

Give your body a nutrient lift first thing in the AM to set yourself up for the day ahead. We find this is the easiest time to work into most routines.

TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
For best absorption, we recommend taking your AG1 on an empty stomach or at least 15 min before a meal. We know some days are easier than others, so it’s always better to take your AG1 regardless of meal times, rather than skipping a day.
BE CONSISTENT.
The key to feeling your best is to take your AG1 every day. Find a routine that works for you. Ultimately, consistency is key, so do what works for you.
