๐Ÿ The Italian pasta trick no one talks about.

With a new tiny person in the house, I count every extra moment I can sleep instead of washing another pot as a small miracleโ€”and nourishing food has never tasted better.

So you can imagine my joy when cookbook author Nancy Harmon Jenkins told me that the little time-saving hack I spotted in her recipe from 1997 was actually an unsung Italian technique for more flavorful (and, yes, blessedly faster) pasta.

Thank you, Nancy, from all of us.

Meatballs, Minus the Meat

This recipe eases all our classic meatball fears, thanks to two heroic vegetables (who should be very proud of themselves).
