This is the email TrustedHousesitters sent during a campaign called 'Don't be a stranger'. While using the word ‘stranger’ may feel daunting, the phrase ‘Don’t be a stranger’ is one used between friends to encourage communication.
This campaign saw current members revealing how trust is built between both sides of the platform so that they’re not strangers by the time they meet. Using assets such as live video in email, we will allow the members’ voices to reveal how they talk build trust with our platform. This email was sent to potential emails not as a means of conversion but much more importantly education.
