The Jack Wills Cart Abandonment email uses dynamic and personalised content very well. The most obvious example of this is that the basket is populated using multiple images of the customer&#8217;s products to reflect the product pages on the website, which is particularly engaging. It also uses logic to determine if they have hit the delivery threshold of £60, in which case the email displays the message &#8216;Congratulations, you qualified for free delivery!&#8217;. If the customer does not qualify, the email will populate the remaining amount the customer needs to spend to qualify, e.g. &#8216;Spend just £10.20 more to quality for free delivery!&#8217;.
The email also uses custom fonts with an appropriate fallback in compliant clients which helps enhance the template and match it to the brand.
