5 ways your donation will change lives

We at not-for-profit Road Scholar are devoted to all of you, and as we navigate these challenging times together we believe Road Scholar’s mission to inspire you to learn, discover and engage with your peers is more important than ever. But we need your help ...

Your tax-deductible gift helps us …

Launch our new “Adventures Online,” a collection of week-long programs that include lectures, videos, performances, discussions and social hours that truly re-create the Road Scholar experience online.

Offer virtual lectures, in which Road Scholar’s expert instructors from around the world discuss everything from Vikings in France to the evolution of Native American cuisine in Santa Fe in an hour-long online gathering.

Publish the Armchair Traveler blog, where we lead readers through online explorations of the world’s great cities and natural wonders.

Power our discussion boards, where the Road Scholar community can converse and share their hopes and dreams for the future.

Engage in constant research and development efforts, enabling us to enrich the lives of older adults in vital new ways.

Our commitment and promise to you is that Road Scholar is here for you now, in our 46th year, and will be here for you long after this pandemic has passed. Until that time arrives, we will not grow stagnant or dwell on our isolation. We will continue to learn and will take comfort knowing our journey of discovery is all around us as we start down a new path to learning—together.

With physical borders closed to us for the time being, it is more important than ever to continue to explore the world of our minds. With your help, learning, adventure and friendship with Road Scholar will be there.

Thank you for everything you do.

Most sincerely,
Your Friends at Road Scholar
