Progress takes heart, but it also takes partnership. Beginning in February, we’re partnering with Lifting Lucy to help support Black, Indigenous, and all Women of Color (BIWOC) on their journeys in brewing. Across their efforts, they help to facilitate educational and professional development opportunities for all ages and abilities, in addition to providing increased and impactful access to industry experts, resources, and networking opportunities.

Climbing Toward Change

Achieving authentic representation is an uphill battle, one that Crystal Rose Hudelson is fighting one mountain at a time. As an Apprentice Rock Guide/SPI Cert and Co-Director of Rock at Climbers of Color (CoC), she’s helping to create leaders of color in the mountaineering and climbing communities.
