NEW AND IMPROVED CAP!

OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE SPOKEN, AND WE HAVE LISTENED

Before we officially launched Bachan’s in July of 2019, we obsessed over creating not only the best sauce possible, but the best customer experience as well. We wanted to use a chef’s bottle and a spout cap so our sauce could be used in your kitchen just like our chef friends use it in theirs. Our Ingredients Matter^®, but so does our packaging and customer experience!

Just like most start-ups (at least the ones that are not venture backed with "MILLIONS" (insert Dr. Evil Voice from Austin Powers here), we knew our Version 1 packaging was not perfect. It was much better than a typical twist cap though and it was what we could afford to start with. We also planned on listening to our customers to find out EXACTLY what they thought could be improved upon before we made our first packaging upgrade. Our customers have spoken and the feedback has been immensely helpful. Thank you!

Some of you have already received your sauce with a little surprise. Our new and improved cap! It is a twist open/close spout cap that functions beautifully! No more having to cut the tip off, wrestle the spout cap off, or leaking when you shake the bottle. Our new cap also provides an airtight seal when closed so your sauce will stay fresher, longer.

Please keep the feedback coming because it helps us in our ever evolving process to improve all that we do. At Bachan’s, we live by the Kaizen philosophy which is rooted in the practice of “relentless incremental improvement”.
