Because you’re gonna want to recall this sweet, toasty, bright, ready-for-all-the-fall-bonfires bourbon drink. So, order up and pour up.

HOW TO MAKE:

Basil Hayden Toast autumn whiskey sour
|

2 parts Basil Hayden Toast bourbon whiskey
|
|
1 part fresh squeezed lemon
|
|
¾ parts honey
|
|
2 dashes apple cider vinegar
|
|
1 dash Angostura bitters
|
|
Ice (if you want)
|
|
One sprig of charred rosemary for garnish
|

Combine all ingredients into a shaker.

Shake it.

Strain into a rocks glass.
|

Serve neat or on the rocks (if you remembered to fill your ice trays).

If you’re feeling fancy, char the rosemary on an open flame for 5-10 seconds until the herb begins to smoke and brown slightly.
