Is there anywhere I can leave my luggage?

Just a heads up, most of our hotels don't have a dedicated space to store your luggage for security reasons. If the service is available at Birmingham Central, it will be advertised on the hotel page. |

I'm arriving before 3pm, can I check-in?
|
Early check-in allows you to check-in to your room from 12 noon (normally 3pm) making your stay more flexible - whether you need to drop off your luggage and go or just want to relax for a bit longer in your room. Additional charge of £10 per service per room applies. |
If you are arriving before 3pm, we encourage you add this to your booking in advance as it's subject to availability. |

Our friendly reception is open 24/7 to welcome you anytime, day or night. If you're planning to arrive after midnight on your arrival date, it's a great help if you could let us know beforehand. You can find the hotel's number in your booking confirmation email.
