One day, a friend of ours said “I always go back to the same place when I need to get creative. I like to think maybe I dropped an idea there last time, and I can return today to pick it up.”

And so Brouillon—a French word meaning draft—was born.

It’s a place to drop a few ideas.
To stop by for a bite.
And sip on some natural wine.

Brouillon is now
officially open.

And the team just can’t
stop smiling.

Everything’s finally coming to life.

We had a party to celebrate our grand opening, and the fun continues every Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to midnight, and Thursday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
