How we improved our score by 11 points by putting people, partnerships and planet first. 

Three years ago, Zeus Jones became a B Corp™. Our certification holds us accountable for the things we say we care about: how we treat our people, engage with our community and partner with our clients, as well as how we behave as stewards of the planet. 🧑🏽‍💻 🫶 🌎

It also allowed us to join an amazing community of like-minded B Corps dedicated to bettering themselves and the world.

A rigorous recertification process every three years ensures that we’re keeping our word and focusing our money, time and effort on the right things. The operational and organizational changes we’ve made in order to meet those lofty goals aren’t always easy or comfortable, but they’re worth it.

We’re proud to announce that not only were we re-certified as a B Corp in 2023, we raised our score a little over 11 points—while B Corps on average improve by about 3 points per certification cycle.

Some of the key investments we made to improve our score were:

• Revamping benefits to reflect employee needs: more paid time off, flexible work policies, training opportunities, gender-related healthcare coverage and domestic partner/civil union spousal benefits
• Recommitting to equity in our organization, paired with concrete, measurable goals
• Partnering with even more purpose-driven clients, many of which directly benefit underserved populations
• Increasing the number of women in our partner group from 2 to 5
