stay calm and put your cream on

Your journey to clear skin will look different from anyone else’s because everyone’s got unique skin. All of these are considered normal progress during your first 8 weeks: improvement, no change, mild redness, peeling, dryness and irritation, and purging.

Seeing more pimples?
It sucks, but it’s totally normal. You might get worse breakouts before getting better, beginning in the first few weeks, and lasting through weeks 2-8.
Irritation?
Mild irritation is also totally normal, and isn’t concerning — unless it continues for more than 2 weeks after you’ve already tried our helpful tips. If you’re still experiencing irritation, message your provider.

No improvements?
With topical acne treatment, patience is your best friend. Many people don’t see improvement until week 8-12. If you don’t notice a difference by week 12, we recommend chatting with your provider.
