Just like preparing the perfect espresso, great design is all about taking care of the fine details that make up a bigger picture. Empathy for people's experience in our space and with our product is a big part of realising Modern Coffee; we respect the importance of light, sound, smell, history, textures and more as we mould the details of each House, ensuring we become an authentic part of each neighbourhood and community we enter. Our hope is that you don't love WatchHouse because of just one thing, but because we've really considered everything.

House Sixteen. Fenchurch Unit 11.

We have carefully created two distinct but complementary spaces within 30 Fenchurch Street. Inspired by the architectural language and materiality of the area’s historic and modern buildings, WatchHouse designed both Houses to evoke a sense of charm and sophistication. The combination of soft wood, cool stainless steel and heavy stone allows us to strike a balance between contemporary aesthetics and nod to the rich heritage of the City of London.
