When we started roasting coffee in 2002 out of a garage we could not have imagined that we would have incredible people like you join with us on our journey to source and roast the best coffee available. We are so glad you love coffee just as much as we do.

We collaborate directly with our coffee producers so that we can guarantee all coffee is purchased ethically and at a fair price. Our mission has not changed since those early days. From the first steps of choosing beans grown with sustainable farming practices to using energy efficient roasting operations, Bird Rock is dedicated to the health of our planet.

BIRD ROCK BLEND

Chocolate undertones and mellow sweetness without the bitterness is going to make this the best coffee you have ever had. Enjoy by itself or add cream and sugar. Either way, we are sure you will love it.

MONKEY BITE ESPRESSO

Named for the harrowing monkey attack that our founder Chuck suffered through in Kenya, this espresso is a top seller at the cafes and on-line. Our seasonal blend is carefully crafted and tested to be a great espresso, brewed coffee or cold brew.

Our cold brew blend brings together incredible sweetness and dynamic flavors that are sure to be a delight for any coffee drinker.

While drinking, delicate fruit dances across the palate eventually lingering and leaving its honey-like sweetness on the tongue.

The Cold Brew method of making iced coffee has been gaining popularity over the years and offers an alternative for people who have sensitive stomachs. The method consists of steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold, fresh water for up to 24 hours produces a smooth coffee when filtered.
