The award-winning Murray River pink salt flakes used in NON are delicate, soft and almost fragile, creating a superior texture in our beverage production. The pale pink colour is a result of the mineralised brines which are particularly high in magnesium, calcium, and to a lesser degree, potassium and iodine.
