Confirmation and opt-in emails don&#8217;t need to be super fancy. This one by Udemy works great and is clear and focused. They tell you what you need to do and what will happen if you don&#8217;t. 
They even have a special offer to try and retain my subscription with a big &#8216;ol call to action.
