In light of COVID-19, it’s extremely important for us to share with our community what we’re doing at P.F. Candle Co. to keep both our staff + our customers safe.

What we're doing:

• As a precaution, we’re offering more work-from-home days to our office staff, and employees will not be working if they feel ill. As a company, we provide sick leave if an employee is ill or needs to stay home to take care of someone who is. In light of the virus, we have added 7 additional sick days to our employees' bank if they need to use it. We also subsidize our staff's healthcare so they have access to medical attention if they need it.


• We ask that our in-store customers please stay home if they are feeling sick. We will now be offering curbside pick-up from our stores – we are happy to take in-store orders over the phone for pickup.


• As always, you can purchase our entire fragrance collection at pfcandleco.com. According to the CDC FAQ page, there is no evidence to support transmission of the new coronavirus through imported or locally transported goods.


• Our office spaces, warehouse, and shops are being disinfected diligently and we are taking extra steps to ensure items and surfaces are being thoroughly disinfected and sanitized. We’re also washing our hands multiple times a day (and you should be too!) and avoiding touching our faces or other people.


• We have action plans for both our shops and HQ and are prepared in the event that an outbreak occurs at one of our locations. We will make announcements if we plan on temporarily closing our shops or changing operating hours.

We know that the news around what’s happening right now is alarming, but we want you to know that the safety and health of our staff and customers is one of our top priorities. We firmly believe that we can and will get through this by being proactive and taking care of ourselves and each other. We're all in this together!
