Important legal updates effective June 17, 2023

We’re writing to let you know that we’ve updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that cover Todoist. The new versions will go into effect on June 17, 2023.

We’ve made these updates in order to:

Reflect upcoming features and functionalities in Todoist – namely clarifying data ownership, responsibilities, and policies in regards to team workspaces*

Clarify the limited rights that you grant Doist to share the content you add and upload to our apps with authorized users in the context of our collaboration features and functionalities

Clarify the limited rights you grant other authorized users to access the content you add and upload to our apps in the context of our collaboration features and functionalities

Add new terms and disclaimers around beta testing experimental features and functionalities

Provide more complete and detailed information regarding cookie usage and data storage and processing

Improve language for clarity and readability throughout

You don’t have to do anything to accept these changes. By continuing to use Todoist after June 17, 2023, you are agreeing to the new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy policies.
