We wanted to let you know about an important update to our refund policy that will take effect on August 30, 2024.

What's Changing?

As of August 30, 2024, Zapier subscriptions will no longer be refundable. However, you can always change or discontinue your plan for future subscription terms before they begin.

Why the Change?

We've received feedback that our current refund policy is confusing and has led to inconsistent outcomes. Our updated policy sets clearer expectations for both Zapier and our customers. We know moving to an 'all-sales-final' policy could be tough for those with accidental purchases, so we're also making product updates to clearly highlight this during the purchase and renewal process. In addition to updating our Refund Policy, we have also made updates to our Terms of Service to reflect this update.
