It’s here: today we turned on generative storytelling in Tome. Now you can use the power of AI to create entire stories and presentations from scratch, or add new pages to an existing tome. Whether you’re pitching a business, diving deep on tectonic plates, or making an itinerary for Portugal, you’ll never need to create alone again.

Getting started with Tome’s AI is easy. Simply enter your prompt and watch as Tome automatically creates the full narrative structure for your story, including title, outline, pagination, and page layouts and content, with imagery and text. Need to add another point to your story? Hit ⌘K (or Ctrl-K on Windows) and prompt Tome to add a page with the new content.

These new AI features in Tome are now in beta for everyone, and our generative storytelling journey is just beginning. Over the coming weeks, we’ll add more features to Tome’s AI to help you refine phrasing and tone, regenerate and tweak images inline, and even explore alternate layouts for your content.
