Hello,

InVision is committed to helping teams around the world design and build the best digital products. To support growth, and help ensure InVision and our customers remain compliant with upcoming changes to the EU data protection law (General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”), we’ve made a number of updates to our privacy practices, policies, and agreements.

A short summary of our changes:

  • GDPR and TOS updates. GDPR places new obligations on organizations that process EU personal data. As a result, we updated our business practices, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service (TOS) to better explain our customers’ and users’ rights, and their relationship with InVision. You can also read more about what InVision is doing to comply with GDPR.
  • Improved clarity and transparency. As a key part of GDPR compliance, we’ve made our Privacy Policy easier to understand, reformatted the policy with active links, and described our data processing practices in clear language (including examples).
  • Privacy Shield certification. InVision will become Privacy Shield certified, helping to ensure all users are protected when using the InVision platform.
  • Updated Data Protection Addendum. We’ve updated our GDPR-compliant Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”), and made it available to sign automatically in a few easy steps on our website.
  • Opt out. If you have not already opted out of receiving marketing communications from InVision and would like to, you can do so at any time.

We hope this makes your use of InVision and the transition to GDPR much easier. As always, please contact us if you have any questions: privacy@invisionapp.com.
