Hitting 10,000 steps a day is totally within reach with a few simple changes to your daily routine. Join us for tips, tricks, and the motivation you need to keep going. We did this challenge last year and we’re doing it again because we saw that people around the world really enjoyed crushing their step goal while creating healthy habits. It all starts Monday, February 19.
