"My daughter was recently diagnosed with POTS. She was taking 4-1L bottles of electrolyte water to school each day. Having trouble getting to her locker to grab another bottle sometimes and wasn't drinking what she should to keep her blood volume up. I stumbled upon Buoy and ordered some to try. She is now taking one bottle to school, refilling at water fountains and adding Buoy! She also takes extra sodium daily. She has also been adding Buoy to Gatorade for extra electrolytes.
