Start with your test results. We’ll use your results to inform your best options for food eliminations.
Meet with a health coach. They will review your Food Sensitivity Test results and guide you on which foods to eliminate.
Start your elimination diet. Use your personalized plan to kick off the first part of your temporary elimination diet.
Track your progress. You’ll have two more sessions to track progress, plan for reintroducing foods, and set next steps.
