How many times have you written or received a work email with an opening salutation not too dissimilar to this subject line? Rewind to 2019 and this kind of greeting had the potential to read as flippant, but if you’re anything like us, you’ve probably been sending literal well wishes more than usual in the last few weeks.

Staying well – physically, mentally and emotionally – is no mean feat right now, nor is navigating a crisis-communications social media strategy when your mind is racing at a thousand miles a minute.
