Products included: Heart Health Test, Cholesterol & Lipids Test, HbA1c Test (Note that at-home lab tests are not available to NY residents due to state regulation of laboratory testing), or Daily Multivitamin Gummy.

Lab testing is required for GLP-1 prescriptions. Insurance coverage isn’t guaranteed for lab costs. Certain supported conditions such as cholesterol or prediabetes may require additional at-home or in-lab testing at an additional cost.

Rx cost is dependent on insurance and not included in program cost. Coverage for Medicare/Medicaid patients is typically reserved for patients with diabetes only.
