Dear Valued Guest,

In light of the recent uncertainty around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and colleagues is our top priority.

We are monitoring the developing situation extremely closely, and we are following all guidelines issued by Public Health England whilst taking considered measures, including:

  • ✓Additional communication around hygiene for guests and employees.
  • ✓ Use of personal protective equipment to clean rooms and guest areas.
  • ✓ Provision of hand disinfectors at the front desk with additional stations throughout all common areas.
  • ✓ Increased frequency of cleaning within public areas and facilities with the use of appropriate cleaning chemicals.
  • ✓ Robust guidelines for employees on not reporting to work when demonstrating any cold or flu-like symptoms.

Your Travel Plans

With the government advice in mind that you should not travel and self-isolate for 7 days if you have had a new continuous cough or a fever (Temperature above 37.8C), we would like to update you on our cancellation policy.
