The word "place" means more than physical location. "Place" is inextricably tied to the memories, actions, people, that once existed there. It's a word that infers that experiences create locations as we know them. In the same way, travel isn't just about putting your feet on top of new ground. Travel is about creating your own experiences in a place and layering them on top of the ones that came before yours. It's a celebration of all humanity and all cultures and all the bits and pieces that form the world around us.
