Conference Need‑to‑Knows

Here are some handy details to help you prepare for one of the best email events of the year.

  • The Litmus Live hashtag: #LitmusLive—share photos, quotes, and what you’re learning with the world (and maybe win some swag).
  • Dress code: Casual—jeans and t-shirts are definitely okay. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket, as the air conditioning in conference venues tends to be on the aggressive side.
  • Registration: Check-in is between 8 to 9am on Thursday, October 10th. There’s no need to bring a ticket, just state your name at the registration desk.
  • Session tracks: There are two full days of marketing, design and development breakout sessions, community and speaker networking opportunities, and more. See the agenda.
  • Slides & videos: If you have to miss a session, don’t worry! We’ll record all the sessions to share with you after the conference, along with all the presentation slides. Just give us a few weeks to turn the videos around.
  • Party time: Mingle with your fellow email geeks at the Litmus Live after-party on Thursday. We’ll see you on the 4th floor at the Westin immediately following the last session of the day.
  • Ask An Expert + Networking: Chat with speakers and industry experts or take some time to get to know fellow attendees.

Be a Part of #LitmusGives

At Litmus, we’re using the month of October to give back to local organizations that directly impact our community. And we need your help!

We’re working with Boston’s Pine Street Inn, a local organization helping homeless men and women in Boston, and will be taking donations for:

  • Hanes T-shirt packs
  • Locks with keys (for lockers)
  • $5 gift cards for food (McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Au Bon Pain, or Dunkin’)

Plus, Pine Street Inn will also be accepting online donations at Litmus Live and Litmus will be donating up to $5,000 as well.

Follow along with #LitmusGives and check your swag bag at registration for all the details on how you can participate in a very special activity to help Pine Street Inn.

See the Future of Litmus

We have some exciting new developments we can’t wait to share with you. Stop by the Litmus booth on the 4th floor to chat with the Litmus team and see exactly what’s new.

The Venue

The Westin Copley Place Boston
10 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, 02116

The Westin Copley Place is located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, close to downtown Boston and everything it has to offer. The hotel is just over five miles from Logan International Airport and is easily accessible by taxi, subway, and train. Driving? Valet parking is available on-site, or explore nearby parking options.

You can enter the Westin through the covered drop-off area on Huntington Avenue, or on the corner of Huntington and Dartmouth.
