Want to make hot coffee? Heat 1 cup of water to just shy of boiling (180° F if you have a thermometer). If you like your coffee strong, use slightly less water.

|
To loosen the puck from its capsule, run it under warm water for 10-30 seconds. Once you can hear it rattle when you shake it, it's good to go.
