Whiteface Lodge

If you've never been to Lake Placid, you are gonna FLIP when you get to Whiteface Lodge. Talk about hitting the refresh button—we can't imagine a better place in all of Upstate NY to take you away from the grind.

The resort has an upscale-rustic thing going on and we're here for it. Seriously, check out their Instagram and tell us this isn't going to be an insanely memorable time. We dare you.

Why Retreat?

There's more to CU than the location, and this isn't your typical retreat, either. The churn required of creative teams extracts a heavy toll, and it can't be paid with gimmicky icebreakers. Instead, we invite you to invest yourself in deep conversations and find community with others up against the same challenges you're facing.

Adventure is Calling

We’re banking on the fact that design isn’t the only thing our attendees have in common. So let's go for a hike or two, or rally some teams for bowling, or decide to finally get around to reading that book we've been putting off. The experience is what you make it—we'll just make sure you have plenty of options.
