We are here and we hear you๐Ÿ‘‚! In this release: Reviewer roles for powerful 360ยฐ skill reviews, Condensed view on review page to bring team leaders into faster review process and more.

New Feature:  Add reviewers ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Now you can add reviewers to skillboards. For example, invite an HR manager to review soft skills or front-end developer to review HTML and CSS skills of Designers, you get the point. To sum up, you can set up permissions to your reviewers like this:

  1. You can review all team members on all skills
  2. You can review certain team members on all skills
  3. You ัan review certain skills of certain team members

We understand that you can have many skills on a skillboard and many people to review. So we add a table view to help you review skills faster.๐Ÿ˜‰

Remember team skill chart? Now you have countless of them. You can select skill groups and labels that you want to display on chart. Composing a team for a new project โ€“ make sure they have required skills.

Just a few weeks more and you can set and track goals in Vectorly. Imagine, how after 1:1 you set focus for the next period and discuss with your team member what goals she plans to achieve.

It will be easier to track, adjust goals on the go, and have all  results at hand for the next review or 1:1's

Add positions to skillboard and define skills that are required and what are nice to have on each career level. See what positions are well or under staffed and plan hiring and expenses.
