Stop hunting for info—connect your company data to ChatGPT

ChatGPT can now use real-time context from your company’s documents.

Connect your Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Box, or Dropbox to ChatGPT, so it can reference your files to deliver answers that are more accurate, relevant, and backed by clear citations. Connectors respect your organization’s access controls, so ChatGPT only reads files you already have permission to view.

No more digging through folders or chasing down updates. Just ask, and ChatGPT finds what you need to speed up everyday work. Try out some of these prompts:

  • Write updates with the latest details: “Draft an update using the latest info on project [x].”
  • Create content that follows your internal guidelines: “Using our web template in Google Drive, create a brief for [x].”
  • Prep for customer meetings: “Summarize customer feedback for [x] from the last month.”
  • Create reports using internal and external insights: “Draft talking points for competitor [x] using internal analysis in Box and public web sources.”
  • Get answers on company policies: “How do I submit an expense report?”
  • Prep for meetings: “Summarize the latest on [x] and prep notes for my next meeting.”
  • Find hard-to-locate content: “Find the latest pitch decks on [x] and highlight the top outstanding questions.”

How to get started:

  1. In the message composers, click Tools and select Use connectors.
  2. Turn on specific connectors for your chat or add new ones easily.
  3. Start asking—ChatGPT will pull relevant content from your connected files and include citations so you can trace answers back.
