It’s a city and a cocktail.
A potable postcard, if you must.

Greasy Corner, Arkansas. Horseheads, New York. Colon, Michigan. There’s a reason why some cities have a cocktail named after it and some don’t. Enter the Manhattan. This slightly sweet, savory, bitterish drink is said to be made first in (you guessed it) Manhattan, New York. It’s also been said that it’s a real people pleaser anywhere, even in Boring, Oregon. So, order up and pour up.
