The Global Dining Access Hit List: Winter Edition

As an eligible American Express® Card Member, you can enjoy special dining benefits through the holidays and beyond. Global Dining Access by Resy gives you access to exclusive reservations at sought-after restaurants across the country, and we’ve handpicked 10 essential spots to have on your radar this winter. From Aaron Bludorn’s new Navy Blue in Houston to the luxe pastas at San Francisco’s SPQR, read on for our picks.
Claud (New York City)
No sooner had Claud opened in August than it was anointed as one of New York’s great new wine bars. The wine list is packed with gems and the food presents as snackable, with its much-lauded snail croquettes and mushroom millefeuille. While Claud may be the wine bar of the moment, we’d like to offer an alternate interpretation: it’s the great French-ish neobistro New Yorkers have been waiting for.
Navy Blue (Houston)
Aaron Bludorn’s follow-up restaurant to Bludorn highlights the bounty of Gulf seafood with decadent flourishes. Think: swordfish au poivre with green peppercorns, spaghetti vongole studded with sea urchin, and a whole lobster done Thermidor-style.
SPQR (San Francisco)
For a decade now, Matt Accarrino has been keeping the Bay Area well-fed on the pasta front. These days, his talents can be found primarily in SPQR’s tasting menu, though he also offers fried-chicken Sundays and daytime coffee and donuts (because goodness knows Pacific Heights needed a solid café.)
Exclusive Access to noma Kyoto
This spring, acclaimed Copenhagen restaurant, noma, is popping up in Kyoto — and Global Dining Access Members have exclusive access to reservations the night of March 30, 2023. Terms apply.
