“My friends have an adorable little dog that has been having panic attacks for a few months. She shakes, cries, and pants, and nothing calms her down – it is very sad. I was taking care of her one day when she started to have one of her episodes. I know she picks up on our emotions, so I thought she might calm down if I got really calm. I sat on the couch, started a Headspace meditation… and within 2 minutes, the little dog was lying peacefully next to me. I tried again the next day – as soon as I started the meditation, she was right there, resting. When she had another panic attack in the middle of the night a week later, my friends tried a Headspace meditation…and it worked!"
