Could you put your first meter reading into your Bulb Account? Even if you have a smart meter.

We need it within the next 10 days. If you're away, we'll use an estimated meter reading.


Don't worry if you don't know your password. You can easily sign in by clicking “email me a link” on the sign in page.

We still need a meter reading if you have a smart meter
Unfortunately, when you switch your smart meter it loses its smart functionality. So, for now, we'll need a manual reading.
