Previously you could make just 1 review per member monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. 

Now you can review members' skills at any time and many times. 

Also you can see review progress: how many reviews are competed or who is late with self-review 👀

🦄 Make every review unique

Previously you could only review members all at once. 

Now you can 1️⃣ make review of several team members, 2️⃣ select members who will review others and 3️⃣ who can make a self-review.

Focus skills are gone, Action plan is the new king 👑

Previously after review you selected skills for every member to focus. 

Now you create 🎯 Action plan with goals to complete. Set goals with skills e.g. to learn Java course or goals with some KPI or OKR to reach.
