Webflow Insiders | June 2020

Right now, saying that Black lives matter doesn’t feel like enough. We owe it to our Black communities to do better than that. We’ve started a new chapter in the long journey of intentional anti-racism work at Webflow. Our first priority is ensuring that our Black employees feel supported and psychologically safe at work. The first step is equipping managers with the training and resources to support those team members during this time, and in the future. Our next priority is investing in anti-racism work — internally and externally. We’re matching the donations of our team members 2:1 for racial justice organizations, and investing in anti-racism education and initiatives for our team.

Additionally, we're dedicating time to work on a more thorough and long-term anti-racism plan at Webflow. A cross-functional team has been assembled to create detailed philosophies and procedures and we look forward to sharing these updates in the coming weeks. In the meantime, check out these anti-racism sitesbuilt by the Webflow community.
