1. Invite Fireflies to the meeting
Fireflies AI notetaker bot is called Fred. It joins your meetings as a participant. You can invite using any of the following ways:

2. Get an email recap of the meeting
Once the meeting ends, it would take 5-10 mins for the meeting to process. You'll receive an email recap once the meeting is successfully processed.

3. Review and collaborate on the meeting
When the meeting is processed, you can find it in your Notebook or open it from the email recap you received.
Search across your meeting transcription and get AI summary, sentiment filters, keywords, speaker talk-time, and more.
