Before you start, here are some tips for a seamless recording experience with Riverside:

• Make sure all participants use a computer with a Chrome browser that’s up-to-date. 
• Check internet stability. Ethernet cable is preferred over WIFI.
• Use an external mic, if possible.
• Using headphones gives the best audio quality.
• If you use headphones, do not plug them directly into your external mic.
• Disable VPNs and close all applications that don’t need to be open during the recording. Pay special attention to programs that try to use your mic/camera. 
• If your guest can’t connect the mic/camera, make sure that he/she has given access to Chrome to use the mic/camera. The same holds for screen sharing.
• Reload the browser if you incur any problems.
