Why Sobo? Well, we grew up spoiled with comfort foods from all over. Our parents and our friends' parents were immigrants who opened our eyes to the world through their kitchens.

With Sobo, we set out to take these deeply personal, first-gen dishes of our childhood and reimagine them for a future generation: with veggie-packed recipes and plant-based ingredients. Food that brings a little comfort to you and the planet.
