  We love dairy milk, but hate the impact it has on animals and the environment. And it has a really big impact. So we set out to find a better way to make it — without factory farming, and with a fraction of the environmental footprint.

So, why make dairy without cows?

We want the next generation to grow up with the same delicious, nutritious foods and beverages that we did. To do that, we need to find new ways to make them. This is our not-so-secret mission!
