We're changing our Point of Sale system

This coming Monday evening, we'll be switching all our shops over to a different point of sale system. When you come in on Tuesday for your delicious coffee, our registers will look a bit different but you shouldn't notice any other differences.

Our shop on Wade Hampton will be closing at 2pm on Monday

In order to make the switch, we'll be closing our shop on Wade Hampton at 2pm on Monday, but our shop downtown and cafe at the Commons will be open normal hours.

Why are you switching?

We're switching to a system called Toast that is designed and built for the food & bev industry. It gives us better features and support that will allow us to create a better experience for you, our beloved customer.

Will I still be able to order from a cafe online?

Yes! You'll still be able to place orders for our cafes online, but the site will be different. We'll send out another email early next week with instructions for online cafe ordering.

What about my gift card?

Nothing will change with gift cards. You can use the same card and your balance will be transferred over.

What about my rewards?

There will also be no disruptions to our rewards program. All your stars will transfer over. Once our new online ordering website is live, you'll be able to check your stars online. We'll tell you how later this week.
