Is your production facility fully operational?

We've resumed about 50% of our operations. We'll gradually get back to full production levels in the coming weeks. We're keeping our production staff safe through mandatory productive gears and physical distancing.

When will I receive the lights if I order today?

In stock lights will ship immediately. All other lights will be made in the order we receive them. Right now, the estimated lead time is about 4 weeks.

I added myself to the Get Notified list for a product. Is my spot reserved?

Unfortunately no. Please place an order and we'll produce it in the order it was received.

My order delivery date is later than it says on your website. Is it still accurate?

Your order may be delivered sooner than you expect. This is because we padded extra shipping time due to production uncertainty. Please reach out to our support team if you’d like a better estimate.
