At Wistia, we sincerely appreciate your unwavering support, and we work hard to create the best video hosting experience in the galaxy. That’s exactly why we’re updating our Terms of Service! Now… let’s get super-meta:

We made a few small updates to our Terms of Service to clarify certain terms and to be able to update them again in the future, which is a win for all of us. Historically, with our old Terms of Service, we couldn’t make any changes. At all. (How silly!) Now we’ll be able to amend our terms to reflect how Wistia’s changing.
