To take you around the city, we need to use your data. And of course, we treat it as we always hope to treat you: with care and respect. That’s why, with a new european law coming into effect (General Data Protection Regulation), we’re taking the opportunity to update our privacy policy to give you more control over your personal information.

What’s this policy for? It allows you to quickly consult and understand how we use the data we have about you.
What do we use your data for? We use it in order to provide our service and improve it, to prevent fraud, and to consult your opinion on Cabify.
Where to we get your data from? We only use the personal details that you sent us when you set up your user account (name, telephone…) and other information about you that we receive when you use our service (your locations, journeys made, etc) or respond to surveys or marketing campaigns.
What are your rights? You can request access to or correction, suppression or transfer of your data in any moment.
