Dear Flo community,

One year ago, you spoke, and we listened.

We released Anonymous Mode last summer to give you the option to use Flo without a name, email, or any technical identifiers being associated with your account or health data.

Why? Because you have the right to privacy.

Our privacy pledge

Regardless of whether or not you choose Anonymous Mode, where you live, or what you share — we want you to know that you’re in control of your data.

That means:

You decide which information you log.

You can delete, access, and update any data at any time by writing to our customer support team.

You can protect your account with a password, or Touch or Face ID.

Your body, your data.

At Flo, we know that high levels of data protection are nonnegotiable.

Everyone deserves the right to track their health knowing their data can only be accessed by them. We’ll always be working to raise the bar for digital security standards and championing your right to privacy.

Sue Khan,

VP of privacy and data protection officer
